Slow braised blade of beef with parsnip chips
Pan fried fillets of Gurnard with potato, leek and saffron ragout
Penne pasta with wild mushrooms, Parmesan and rocket (v)
Confit duck leg with braised green lentils
Smoked haddock with crushed potatoes, poached free-range egg & wilted greens,
chive and tomato sabayon
Sauté of rabbit, grain mustard, bacon & crème fraiche with parsley mash
