Our in-house chef has created a seasonal  fine dining menu for private dinners for 8 to 50 guests.

Choose from the menu below plus wines from our list, or alternatively we have created two fine dining packages, inclusive of room hire and ideal for corporate or private events.


Starters

Please choose one of the following for all guests or vegetarian alternative;

Pear, Stilton and endive salad with walnut dressing(v)

Smoked trout and leek terrine with tomato, caper and lemon dressing

Parfait of duck liver with pear and saffron chutney and toasted brioche

Smoked haddock with Jerusalem artichoke risotto

Chicken Caesar salad

Windrush goats cheese panna cotta (v)

 

 


Main Courses

Please choose one of the following for all guests or vegetarian alternative;

Slow cooked spiced shoulder and roast fillet of English pork with bok choi

Roast salmon with wilted greens, potato gnocchi and red wine sauce

Rump of Kentish lamb, roast garlic mash, spinach, carrot puree and a Port reduction

Seabass with chard, wild mushrooms and a vanilla vinaigrette dressing

Herb roasted East Anglian chicken with celeriac gratin, cabbage and chestnuts

Fricassee of wild mushrooms with potato gnocchi, spinach and Parmesan (v)

 


Desserts

Please choose one of the following for all guests or vegetarian alternative;

Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and caramel cream (v)

Rhubarb cheesecake (v)

Trio of chocolate desserts

Apple and blackberry charlotte (v)

Fresh fruit plate (v)

Selection of British cheese with biscuits
